Eric Neilson

Eric is an investment partner at Geneva Light House. His career started as a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton working for both commercial and federal clients. Eric specializes in business process reengineering and program implementation to recapture lost efficiencies and eliminate non-value-added costs while enhancing value to the client portfolio. Mr. Neilson is a graduate of Purdue University focusing on business management and entrepreneurship

Gary Neilson

Gary spent 38 years in strategy consulting with a focus on enterprise transformation to enhance profitability and market cap value through cost reduction and growth performance improvement plans & implementation.  His career was with Booz Allen Hamilton and subsequent formations (i.e., Booz & Company, then PwC when Booz & Company was sold to be the in-house strategy group for PwC).  Representative clients included S&P Global, FedEx and Walgreens (all named our involvement publicly).  Gary joined Booz after earning an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.  Mr. Neilson graduated first in his class from Columbia.  Additionally, he is a Certified Public Accountant with a B.S. in accounting from Kings College (PA)
